  • Special Cargo: Items containing batteries (like grooming kits or LED toys) may take an additional 2-3 days for specialized safety inspections.

  • Delivery Windows: Most orders to the USA, Europe, and the Gulf arrive within 8–15 business days after dispatch.

Common Questions

Why isn’t my tracking number working yet? Your number is generated when the label is printed, but it won’t show movement until the carrier scans it at the sorting facility. Check back in 2 days!

My order is split into two packages? To get your items to you as fast as possible, we occasionally ship from different specialized warehouses. You may receive two separate tracking numbers—at no extra cost to you.
