  • Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
  • Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait
  • Asia: Japan, Singapore, South Korea

Note: If your country is not listed above, we are currently unable to ship to your location.

Shipping Costs

We keep things simple. All orders to the countries listed above qualify for 100% Free Worldwide Shipping (Tracked & Insured). The price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

We work quickly to get your pet’s new favorite items out the door.

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our warehouse to process, pack, and dispatch your order.
  • Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch):
    • USA, UK, Canada & Australia: 7–12 Business Days
    • Europe: 7–12 Business Days
    • Middle East & Asia: 8–15 Business Days

Important: Delivery to the Middle East & Asia

To ensure a smooth and fast delivery in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, and Japan, our local courier partners (such as Aramex) require a valid mobile phone number.

  • The courier may call or text you via WhatsApp to coordinate the final delivery to your door or request a location pin.
  • Please ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout to prevent your package from being delayed or returned.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our Track Order page to follow your package’s journey in real-time. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking link to update after receiving your email.

For the most accurate updates, please use the ‘Journey’ tab on our tracking page to see every step of your package’s international transit, including customs clearance.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

While we cover all the shipping and transportation costs, KinlyPaws is not responsible for any local customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. (Note for EU customers: Standard local VAT and customs handling fees may apply upon delivery).
